As our Operations Support Specialist, Jess is indispensable in both client service and operations, allowing her to handle many different aspects of our clients’ needs. She is detail-driven and strives to exceed our clients’ expectations to deliver top-notch service. She’s our resident “tech expert” and loves to jump in to tackle a challenge to see our technology efforts assist us in a seamless and efficient client experience.
Jess loves to watch her boys play football and lacrosse and is active with the booster organizations that support them. She has been on staff with the Westbrook High School Marching Band since 1999 and relishes the chance get to help the kids grow as musicians and people. She is active in Cornerstone Baptist Church in Scarborough, Maine, in the Audio/Visual, Music and Children’s ministries. Jess resides in Scarborough with her husband, Matt, their two sons and their sweet Bernedoodle puppy, Dakota.
